This tea comes from the Sakamoto family, who have dedicated themselves to producing Gyokuro for generations and pay close attention to the cultivation and processing of the tea leaves.\nFor Gyokuro, the tea plants are shaded for an extended period before harvesting. This allows the leaves to develop pronounced umami, natural sweetness and the full green character for which this Japanese tea style is known.\n\nThis First Flush has a rich yet refined flavour with pronounced umami, fresh vegetal notes and a characteristic hint reminiscent of seaweed. After harvesting, the leaves are heated with steam to quickly stop oxidation and preserve the fresh aromas.\n\nA special Gyokuro for lovers of Japanese green tea who are looking for intense umami, refinement and a long, smooth finish.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Mingtea","offers":[{"title":"50g","offer_id":60398127546702,"sku":"G0046-50","price":24.8,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true},{"title":"100g","offer_id":60398127579470,"sku":"G0046-100","price":48.5,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true},{"title":"250g","offer_id":60413811032398,"sku":"G0046-250","price":117.8,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1062\/9195\/3998\/files\/GroeneTheeKagoshimaSakamotoGyokuroPremium5StarFirstflush_9de224b8-2a5f-4901-9582-9a63442e2ede.webp?v=1789826957","url":"https:\/\/mingtea.be\/en\/products\/green-tea-kagoshima-sakamoto-gyokuro-premium-5-star-first-flush","provider":"Mingtea","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
