Green tea Huangshan Yun Wu Spring - character and origin from Anhui

Green tea Huangshan Yun Wu Spring is a Chinese green tea from the Huangshan Mountains in Anhui. The name Yun Wu, literally ‘clouds and mist’, refers to the mountainous surroundings with which this tea style is associated. This spring tea has a full yet refined character. Its flavor profile is nutty and fruity, complemented by fresh vegetal nuances. The tea produces a clear infusion with a pleasant aroma and a smooth, lively taste. Huangshan is known as an important tea region in China and is also home to the famous Huangshan Mao Feng. Huangshan Yun Wu Spring offers a wonderful introduction to the character of green tea from this mountainous region: fresh and aromatic, with plenty of depth and a soft nutty note.

De beschrijving zegt voldoende: volle smaak, zoet, fris. Zo beschrijf ik deze ook. Maar als ik moet kiezen gaat mijn voorkeur uit naar de subtiele smaak van Huang Shan Mao Feng.
