Returns and right of withdrawal

Not satisfied with your purchase? As a consumer, you generally have the right, when making a distance purchase, to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving a reason.

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Please notify us within this period via info@mingtea.be. Preferably, include your name and order number.

After notifying us, you have a maximum of 14 calendar days to return the products to us.

Return conditions

You may inspect and assess a product to the extent reasonably permitted in a physical shop. If a product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be liable for the resulting loss in value.

The products must be packaged carefully and adequately protected for the return shipment.

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the customer, unless we have expressly indicated otherwise.

Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received to which the withdrawal relates, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery insofar as legally required.

If you expressly chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard delivery, the additional costs thereof will not be refunded.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

We may delay the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the products back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will in principle be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

Damaged, incorrect or missing product

Have you received a damaged or incorrect product, or is something missing from your order? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@mingtea.be. State your order number and, if possible, attach a few photos. We will then review the appropriate solution with you.
