White Silver Needle First Flush – Bai Hao Yin Zhen from Guangxi

White Silver Needle First Flush is a refined white tea from Baise in Guangxi, China. Silver Needle, also known as Bai Hao Yin Zhen, is made from young tea buds recognizable by their fine, silvery-white hairs.

The flavor profile is floral and gently sweet, with subtle notes of honey. The young buds produce a delicate and refined infusion with natural sweetness, soft floral nuances, and a mild finish.

This First Flush is picked early in the harvest season and comes from Baise in the Chinese region of Guangxi. Thanks to minimal processing, the delicate character of the young tea buds is beautifully preserved.
