Premium Kirishima 1st Flush Matcha – 100 g
This large pack contains 100 g of our premium matcha from Kirishima in Kagoshima, Japan. The matcha comes from the first harvest and is suitable for those who drink matcha regularly and want to keep a larger quantity of the same quality at home.
The 1st Flush matcha has a rich umami character, a gentle natural sweetness and little bitterness. The fine green matcha powder whisks beautifully and can be prepared pure and traditionally as matcha.
The 100 g pack is particularly appealing to regular matcha drinkers or those who prepare matcha more often. Use approximately 1.5 to 2 grams per preparation and water at around 70–80 °C.
Store matcha tightly sealed, in a dry and cool place, to preserve its colour, aroma and freshness as well as possible.
