Taiwan Pouchong Bao Zhong - lightly oxidized oolong tea
Taiwan Pouchong Bao Zhong Oolong Tea is a refined oolong tea from Taiwan. Bao Zhong, also known as Pouchong, is one of the least oxidized oolong teas and therefore closely resembles green tea in terms of freshness and refinement.
The flavor profile is floral and fresh, with a light and elegant character. The tea has pronounced floral aromas, a fresh, soft flavor, and a subtle natural sweetness.
Bao Zhong is only lightly oxidized, generally significantly less than many other oolong teas. This preserves the tea leaves' fresh and floral qualities, while the processing gives the tea the aromatic character that distinguishes it from green tea.
